Scope of Work:

The Tipsy Gypsy KC agrees to provide bartending services for Dinner Article’s private dinner event. The assigned bartender will:

  • Pour and serve wine and champagne to guests during the event.

  • Maintain a professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor throughout the service.

  • Follow all local alcohol service laws and ensure no service to minors or visibly intoxicated guests.

Setup and bar breakdown will be handled by Dinner Article.

Dress Code:

The bartender is expected to arrive in clean, ironed black attire, looking neat, professional, and event-appropriate.

Compensation:

The Tipsy Gypsy KC will be compensated for 2 hours of service (6:00 PM – 8:00 PM) at an agreed-upon rate of $40/hour, totaling $80, payable via cash, check, or electronic payment upon completion of the event.

Arrival:

The bartender must arrive by 5:45 PM for a quick pre-event briefing. Punctuality is essential to ensure smooth event operations.

Cancellation Policy:

  • If Dinner Article cancels the event within 48 hours, The Tipsy Gypsy KC will receive a 50% cancellation fee ($40).

  • If The Tipsy Gypsy KC must cancel, notice must be given no less than five (5) days prior to the event.

Liability & Conduct:

The Tipsy Gypsy KC agrees to perform services in a safe, responsible, and professional manner. Dinner Article assumes no liability for any misconduct, negligence, or violation of alcohol service regulations by the bartender or their representatives.

Confidentiality:

The Tipsy Gypsy KC agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding Dinner Article’s business operations, event details, and any proprietary information disclosed before, during, or after the event.
