Event Details:

Time: 6:00PM - 9:30PM

Scope of Work:
Chef agrees to provide culinary services for Dinner Article's private dinner event. Services include meal preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes for the event. The Chef will be compensated a flat fee of $500 for these services. Any additional hours or services requested by the Host must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional compensation.

Equipment & Supplies:
Chef will be responsible for providing proper cookware equipment necessary to execute the menu, including but not limited to portable burners, knives, cutting boards, and any specialty tools required. Dinner Article will provide serving ware, tablescape items, and any additional items agreed upon prior to the event.

Groceries:
Dinner Article will compensate the Chef for the cost of groceries required to prepare the agreed-upon menu. The Chef agrees to purchase all necessary ingredients and retain the original itemized receipts. All receipts must be submitted to Dinner Article at the conclusion of the event for reimbursement.

Payment:
The Chef will be compensated a flat fee of $500 for services rendered, payable via cash, check, or electronic payment upon completion of the event. Grocery expenses will be reimbursed upon submission of original itemized receipts.

Cancellation Policy:
If the event is canceled by Dinner Article within 48 hours of the event, the Chef will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed-upon service fee ($250). If the Chef cancels, they must provide notice no less than five (5) days prior to the event.

Liability:
Chef agrees to perform services in a safe, sanitary, and professional manner. Chef is responsible for any damages caused by negligence or misuse of equipment.

Confidentiality:
Chef agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding Dinner Article’s business operations, guest lists, and any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the event.
