DINNER ARTICLE CLIENT AGREEMENT

Scope of Services Provided by Dinner Article:
Dinner Article agrees to plan and execute a private dinner experience for the Client. The total planning fee is $2,000, which includes:

  • Full event planning and coordination

  • Sourcing and payment of a private chef

  • Grocery expenses for the dinner

  • Custom tablescape design and execution

  • Floral arrangement, delivery, and setup

  • Event setup and breakdown

  • Cleaning following the event

Chef & Menu:
Dinner Article will secure a private chef to design and prepare a custom menu for the evening. All groceries and chef compensation are included in the planning fee. Menu details will be finalized in collaboration with the client to ensure dietary preferences and event vision are met.

Florals & Tablescape:
Dinner Article will provide one custom floral arrangement along with a curated tablescape to enhance the overall guest experience and complement the event aesthetic.

Payment Terms:
The total planning fee of $2,000 is due no later than July 13th 2025, payable via cash, check, or electronic transfer. This fee is inclusive of all the services listed above.

Cancellation Policy:
If the Client cancels the event within 7 days of the event date, 50% of the total planning fee will be non-refundable. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable.

Liability:
Dinner Article will perform all services in a professional, timely, and safe manner. While we take the utmost care in all aspects of service and coordination, Dinner Article is not liable for any damage or delays caused by third-party vendors or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Confidentiality:
Dinner Article agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding the Client’s event details, guest list, and any private information disclosed during the planning and execution of the event.
