Event: The Art of Belonging

Time: 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Scope of Work:
The Designer agrees to provide floral and tablescape design services for Dinner Article's event, including the design, sourcing, delivery, and setup of the agreed upon floral arrangements and décor. Any additional services requested by Dinner Article must be approved in writing by both parties.

Materials & Supplies:
The Designer is responsible for providing all flowers, greenery, vessels, candles, and styling materials necessary to complete the agreed upon design unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment:
Dinner Article agrees to pay the Designer a flat fee of $150, which includes design services, materials, delivery, and setup. Payment will be made via cash, check, or electronic transfer upon completion of the event unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation Policy:
If Dinner Article cancels the event within 48 hours of the scheduled event, the Designer will receive a cancellation payment equal to 50% of the agreed-upon base service fee ($150). If the Designer cancels, at least five (7) days' notice is required unless due to an emergency.

Liability:
The Designer agrees to perform services in a professional and timely manner and is responsible for the condition of all floral arrangements and décor through delivery and setup.

Confidentiality:
The Designer agrees to keep confidential any non-public information regarding Dinner Article's business operations, guests, pricing, or event concepts.

Photography:
Dinner Article may photograph or record the floral arrangements, tablescape, and Designer's work for marketing and promotional purposes.

Independent Contractor:
The Designer is an independent contractor and is responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses, and insurance.

Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
