DINNER ARTICLE FLORIST AGREEMENT

Scope of Work:
Florist agrees to provide floral design services for a private dinner event hosted by Dinner Article for a client. Services include the creation, delivery, and setup of a floral arrangement for the event. The Florist will be compensated a flat fee of $100 for her services and an additional $100 for the floral arrangement provided.

Materials & Supplies:
The Florist will be responsible for sourcing and preparing all flowers and materials necessary to complete the agreed-upon floral design. Any vases, vessels, or specialty items required for the arrangement should be discussed and confirmed with Dinner Article prior to the event.

Payment:
The Florist will be compensated a total of $200; $100 for services rendered and $100 for the floral arrangement, payable via cash, check, or electronic payment upon completion of the event.

Cancellation Policy:
If the event is canceled by Dinner Article within 48 hours of the event, the Florist will receive a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed-upon service fee ($50). If the Florist cancels, she must provide notice no less than five (5) days prior to the event.

Liability:
Florist agrees to perform services in a safe, professional, and timely manner. The Florist is responsible for the condition and integrity of the floral arrangement up to the time of delivery and setup.

Confidentiality:
Florist agrees to maintain confidentiality regarding Dinner Article’s business operations, client details, and any proprietary information disclosed during the course of the event.
